The bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situation of H & M spol. s r.o. in the years 2015-2019. The thesis is divided into three key parts. The firtst part contains theoretical part, where is an explanation of basic concepts and selected indicators. The second part focuses on the practical part, which includes information about analyzed company and the financial analysis itself. The final part of the thesis is devoted to proposals to improve the financial situation of the company.

It also contains an analysis of the current state of the company, its financial health and suggestions for improving the situation for further development, which is very important for the company. This is the company BAGRUJEME CZ s.r.o., which performs excavation and earthworks in Prostějov and its surroundings.

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is a major financial analysis for the financial period 2006 – 2009 to evaluate the management of the company ADAVAK, s.r.o.. The work is theoreticaly defined and practicaly applied of the horizontal and vertical analysis, differential analysis and financial ratios. Based on the evaluation of the results of financial analysis are identified weaknesses in the management of the company. These issues are solved in the proposal part of the thesis, focusing on appropriate recommendations to improve the current situation of the company management.

The first part is theoretical part, which describes the financial analysis and its methods. The second part contains the chapter An Analysis of The Current State, where there are methods of financial analysis used on the specific company. The final part contains thee chapter Own Proposals for Resolution which provides the financial evaluation of the company and recommended improvements to the financial situation of the given company.
